Sabreena Sunner started her hearing journey at a young age as a hearing aid wearer herself. Her career in the industry began in 2008 and she became fully registered in 2011.
Over the span of her career, she has worked across the lower mainland with both corporate and privately owned practices. She has worked as a Regional Manager as well as overlooking the Audiological departments for various ENT’s (Otolaryngologists) across the lower mainland.

“Joan was super helpful during my visit. I had a high pitch ringing in my left ear for about a week. There was a tiny hair stuck in my ear touching my ear drum and Joan managed to get it out and return my hearing back to normal. She was super friendly and explained everything with ease, had a lot of knowledge in the field. No more ringing in the ear and I can live in peace now! Acoustic Waves Hearing Inc. was founded in 2023. Founder Sabreena Sunner spent 15 years in the industry gaining experience from corporate as well as independently owned hearing clinics. With a passion for professional practice, public safety, and regulation she was inspired to create an organization that brought the attention of practice back to the best interest of the end user.
After giving birth to her daughter, the innovation to create a more humble, honest, and integrity-based environment inspired Sabreena and her family to open a company that encompasses the values and vision of the world they hope their future generations conduct business in.
To Co-Owner Jas Sunner, Ladner and Delta have been his childhood home. With his wife’s passion for health care, his desire to create a home-based business in Delta that would support his community has became a reality with the opening of Acoustic Waves Hearing.
