Karen joined the Calgary Hearing Aid & Audiology team in 2003. Four years later, she graduated from Grant MacEwan University with the mission to provide a better quality of life through hearing care. She is Board Certified through the National Board for Certification in Hearing Instrument Sciences (NBC-HIS) and a member of the International Hearing Society (IHS) and College of Hearing Aid Practitioners of Alberta (CHAPA). Karen continues to stay up to date with the changing technology in hearing aids. She uses her experience and education to provide the best customer service in hearing health care.

Erica was trained as an Audiologist and Speech-Language Pathologist, working in Brazil before embarking on her Ph.D. in Health Sciences at Newcastle University, UK. After completion of her studies, she moved to Calgary in 2014, where she assisted with numerous research projects at the University of Calgary that focused on improving the quality of life of older adults.

After supporting multidisciplinary research teams, Erica had the desire to return to clinical practice. She enjoys working directly with clients and the fact they have different needs and desires for their hearing health. Allowing clients to hear again is something she finds incredibly rewarding. Erica is currently in the process of completing her Doctorate of Audiology at A.T. Still University. She enjoys spending time with her husband, son and friends, traveling to new places, and being outdoors.
