“The staff at the Langley location are wonderful! They make you feel comfortable and the service is outstanding. Everything was explained in great detail so I have a good understanding of how everything works. They made the experience of getting fitted with hearing aids really easy. ”

“They’re closed more than open and to make it worse they do it together with their sister store in Abbotsford so you can’t just go to the other if not one. Which if it were my business I’d keep one at intervals so my customers could still get the help they needed!!! For Easter they took Monday and Tuesday, then Wednesday i still can’t get an answer! But the phone message says have a great day. Ya right have a great day being DEAF FOR THE last 5 and counting ”
