Estefany Rodriguez began working in the hearing industry in 2015 as a Customer Sales Associate. She then transitioned into an Audiometric Technician role, a position she held while completing her Hearing Aid Practitioner Diploma at Grant MacEwan University.

Estefany is passionate about building meaningful relationships and providing quality care to all patients. She is registered with the College of Speech and Hearing Health Professionals of British Columbia.

“Recently moved to the area and needed to buy accessories for hearing aids purchased elsewhere a few years ago. Phoned for appointment due to virus safety protocol of Nexgen. The owner met me at the door on time and GAVE me a pack of domes and 3 packs of wax guards FREE. Probably $25 worth of product! Now I can’t guarantee this result for anyone else, but the gesture is sure to make me his new customer for future help as my hearing changes. ”
