“Every time I have an appt booked, I wait approx 15 minutes. Today I waited 40 minutes, had to leave unseen, due to another appt. There have been 3 times that audiologist was rude, first time was because I hadn't been wearing my aids. They were not working well. This time my new aids have been cutting out, sometimes shutting down and one is hurting my ear. Yes I'm very upset, will not go back to her!”
