“I was so disappointed when I went to order. Bill had assured me that the highest-priced hearing aids that he gave me for a two-week trial were minimally better than the lowest-priced ones that he knew I intended to order. When I returned to order, he indicated that I would be very unhappy with the lowest price ones - said they were outdated, not insured, and probably repairs would soon be unavailable! I was speechless - this was exactly opposite to what he initially claimed. I had even phoned him after wearing the expensive ones for a day, to order, and he again assured me that the difference would be minimal. During the second appointment, Bill denied ever saying these things, and actually said “I’d slap myself if I thought I said that”!! I gave him back his demo pair and left. He was such a nice person. I was really disappointed! I have an appointment elsewhere. ”
