“I took my elderly mother in for a hearing test with Tom Miller. He was very professional and also very caring, asking questions and taking time to get to know my mom a little before the testing. She did have some moderate hearing loss related to her age and Tom explained moms results, her options regarding hearing aids and the benefits to her, in a clear and easy to understand way. We got the hearing aids free of charge for a 21 day trial period and mom was shown how to insert and charge them etc., they really took their time with her. Unfortunately, moms memory loss made her unable to use the aids correctly, which left her confused and frustrated, so at this time, her mental health trumped her hearing loss, and we returned the hearing aids within the trial period. The staff was very understanding, no pressure or hassle to return them. I highly recommend Tom and the rest of the staff for their compassion, genuine concern and professionalism, if you are looking for a hearing exam for yourself or a loved one. Many thanks! ”
