Jillian Soh is certified by Speech-Language & Audiology Canada (SAC) and is registered with the College of Speech and Hearing Health Professionals of British Columbia. Jillian earned a bachelor's degree in biology and neuroscience, and her Master of Science degree in audiology from Dalhousie University in Nova Scotia. Jillian looks forward to meeting you and your loved ones at your next appointment.

Talia was born and raised in Vancouver, and graduated from the University of British Columbia with a Master of Science in Audiology. “I was in Vancouver for my grandsons wedding with a broken hearing aid. Purchased in Ontario. Jillian Soh, at the West Broadway location, took me in without an appointment and fixed my hearing aid as a courtesy no charge service. She went over and above good customer service ! I can not thank her enough!”
“I had my hearing test in 2020 and 2021 respectively. Jillian is my audiogist who helped and listened to my needs. She understood my stress of not hearing well in my workplace. I am grateful she recommended me to apply for Work BC assistance for hearing aids. Without her, I didn't know the resources. After her guidiance, eventually, I got the approval of funding. I would like to thank Jillian's patience and she made every effort to help me. Now I feel confident at work with my hearing aids. At Hearinglife - Vancouver West Broadway (formerly NexGen Hearing), our highly skilled team of hearing professionals are passionate about helping our clients reconnect with the world around them. It is our priority to find the best solution for your specific hearing needs so you can enjoy better quality of life.
We are located on West Broadway’s medical corridor near Alder Street, just a couple of blocks from the Vancouver General Hospital. Our goal is to work collaboratively with doctors and Ear, Nose and Throat Specialists to provide the best quality of care possible
